Return and Exchange Policy

Need advice on fit, or have questions about your order? Please don't hesitate to contact us via email: hello@wanart.com.

Apparel and Houseware products are printed to order so we do not accept returns on those items unless you received a wrong or defective item. We do accept EXCHANGES for the same apparel item in a different size if you are unhappy with the fit. All other items, you may return in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. 

If you want to return an item (that is not an apparel or houseware item) or received a damaged or defective item, please contact us for assistance. You will need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending your item back to Wanart. 

Be sure to let us know in your email:
- the date of your purchase
- what you would like to return
- why you want to return it
- for damaged or defective items, please also include a photo of the damaged item

Shipping instructions will be provided at the time the RMA number is issued. Mark your RMA number clearly in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. We recommend a return shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure it reaches us. We cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item (unless due to wrong or defective item). All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the order originally will be deducted from your refund. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
